These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PromptAttic at https://www.promptattic.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. PromptAttic operates and publishes the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is an independent publication offering prompt recipes and related editorial content for applied AI engineers. You may use it for lawful, personal, and professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our infrastructure, introducing malicious code, or using it in breach of any applicable law.

Use of the content and recipes

The prompts and recipes we publish are provided for you to copy and use, including in commercial products. You are responsible for testing, adapting, and validating any prompt before relying on it. Model behavior, pricing, and capabilities change over time, and a recipe that worked on one model or date may not work on another. You use the content at your own risk and remain responsible for the outputs your systems produce.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, editorial text, branding, and the PromptAttic name and logo, is owned by PromptAttic and protected by intellectual property laws. The prompt text within each recipe is published for reuse as described above. You may not copy or republish our editorial articles, branding, or design in full as your own without permission.

User submissions

If you send us a message, pitch, or other content through the contact form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of responding to you and, where relevant, considering it for editorial coverage. Do not submit confidential information or anything you do not have the right to share. We handle the personal data in submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, and resources that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and reference only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. The courts of that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
